We would like to inform you that Restaurant Hazama awaits you at lunchtime to taste our à la carte dishes from 12:00 noon to 2:30 pm.

The dinner will be dedicated exclusively to the Kaiseki course, that is a 7 dishes tasting menu of traditional Japanese gastronomy, for which we kindly ask you to book at least 24 hours before your arrival.
Reservations will follow two time seatings to choose from:
arrival at the restaurant at 7:30 pm or 9:00 pm.

From our Kaiseki dinner comes a shorter menu, but no less intense, carefully chosen that will introduce your senses to the world and philosophy of Hazama: a tasting of four dishes expertly selected by Chef Satoshi.
Reservations will follow time seatings: arrival at the restaurant at 9:00 pm.
