    Born in 1984, prefecture of Gunma in Japan, thanks to the teachings of Grandmas Teru and Tomi, as well as mom Toshiko' s, a young Satoshi developed a strong passion for cuisine. He strived his way to Kaiseki by working 5 years at "Nadaman" restaurant in Yokoyama, from where he eventually turned his own expectations to a wider concept, which would take him to our italian side, namely in the Langhe region of Piemonte.

    It would have been awaiting him an experience at the Osteria Profumo Divino in Treiso village. In the following 10 years, successful spells at famed Lombardy restaurants such as Ristorante Yoshinobu, Ristorante J’s Hiro, Ristorante Al Pont de Ferr, Ristorante Sol Levante in Milan. Polesine Zibello and Ristorante Antica Corte Pallavicina in Emilia and Tuscany's world renowned starred-restaurant Enoteca Pinchiorri in Florence, followed.

    In 2020 he finally opens his own restaurant Ristorante Hazama in Milan, combining his knowledge of both cuisines and dedicating his attention to the selection of the very best products of our land. Each and every step in the process of elaboration of his dishes has a strict and abiding regimen he's beeing popularly appreciated for.
